TURBO

One hold. Repeated inputs.

Choose a supported button or trigger, set the repeat interval, and hold to run it. Prefer a toggle? Press to start and press again to stop. At 100 ms, Aster sends 10 input cycles per second. Your game's action limits still apply.

Custom intervals: 32–60,000 ms. Trigger labels follow your controller: L2/R2 on PlayStation, LT/RT on Xbox.

Button Mapping

Change what a button does.

Map a supported button to a different action. For inputs you usually hold, add a toggle so the first press holds and the next press releases.

TUNING, RECORDING + PROFILES

More than the big features.

Tune both sticks, give a tap and a hold different jobs, and keep your settings organized by game.

Sticks

Stick Tuning. Included in Free.

Adjust each stick's deadzones, response curve, sensitivity, center offsets, anti-deadzone, and inversion. Save the feel that works for you. Your game's own settings still apply.

Tap / hold

Tap for a macro. Hold for normal input.

A short tap runs your macro when you release. A hold sends the normal button input after your chosen delay: 250 ms by default, adjustable from 50 to 2,000 ms. Macro playback requires membership.

Game workspaces

A separate setup for each game.

Keep profiles, macros, recoil presets, and notes together in a game workspace. Select the game manually from the GAME menu, then choose its profile.

COMING SOON · RECOIL RECORDING

Record the correction you make.

Counter a firing burst with your right stick, then turn that manual input into editable recoil stages. Review strength and smoothing before applying the pattern. Enable processing again when you're ready to use it.

COMING SOON · VIDEO ANALYSIS

Study a recorded clip.

Import a local video and inspect tracked background movement over time. Review gaps where tracking is incomplete. Analysis helps you study the recording; it does not automatically create a calibrated recoil preset.

FREE · STATUS OVERLAY

Keep your setup in view.

See your current game profile, active recoil preset, connections, and processing state in an optional overlay. Move it, adjust its opacity, and lock it so clicks pass through.

INPUT TESTER

Check what your setup changes.

Compare the buttons you press with Aster's processed output, alongside trigger levels from the same frame. See which buttons your profile adds or removes before using that setup in a game.

Preview without a controller

Use simulated buttons, triggers, and right-stick input to preview a profile inside Aster. Simulated input is not sent to a game. Membership features still require membership to run.

CONTROLLER POLLING

Check your controller's Hz.

See incoming HID reports per second (Hz) and the average time between reports, measured over the last second. Measurement works with processing paused. The illustrated 1,000 Hz readout is an example; actual rates depend on your controller and connection.

Controllers without a HID report stream show Unavailable. Report rate measures incoming controller reports, not in-game latency.

STOP PROCESSING

Need normal input? Press F8.

Press F8, click Stop, or hold your controller's button pair below for 0.6 seconds. Aster stops processing and clears generated holds, macros, and toggles while physical controller input continues through connected output.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you build your setup.

What can I use in the Free Preview?

Free includes normal controller input and virtual output, Stick Tuning, calibration, input testing, the simulator, report-rate display, profiles, game workspaces, and the optional overlay. You can save advanced settings in Free, but membership features, recorders, and video analysis remain locked. Membership checkout and activation are coming soon.

Why might Windows warn about the download?

This preview is unsigned: Aster does not yet have a publisher signing certificate. Windows may warn about or block it. Read the warning and decide whether to proceed; do not disable Windows security protections to run the preview. The download section includes a SHA-256 checksum for checking that your ZIP matches the published file.

Which layout is included?

All three: Original, Studio, and Focused Workbench. Choose the workspace you prefer, and use Ctrl+Shift+L to switch layouts.

What does Recoil Mapping record?

The recoil recorder captures your manual right-stick correction during a firing burst. You can edit that pattern and save it as timed correction stages. It does not detect a weapon or automatically learn a perfect correction. Results depend on your weapon, attachments, game settings, and recorded input.

What does Sticky Aim do?

Sticky Aim generates stick movement using the amount, speed, and pattern you configure. Adaptive options include circle, ellipse, and horizontal paths with smooth transitions and physical-input fade. It does not recognize targets or aim at them automatically.

Does Turbo change the game's fire rate?

Turbo repeats controller inputs. Each game still decides how quickly an action can occur and which input cycles it accepts.

Can I buy or activate membership now?

Public membership is not open yet. Invited testers can use the test account links on this page after private setup is complete. Test codes work only in the separately supplied activation test app. The Free Preview download here cannot activate codes.
